Registration for the Conference and Academic Social Events

Conference Registration
 

      Pre-registration for the conference will be accepted from April 8 (Mon.) to August 23 (Fri.). Credit card payments and bank transfers are taken during the registration period until August 9 (Fri.), but only credit card payments will be accepted from August 10 (Sat.) to August 23 (Fri.).
   Pre-registration and the registration fee will be accepted online using the conference support system (Confit). Pre-registrants are requested to download the registration name card and QR code from My Page of the Cofit, print them out, and bring them to the conference.
    We will confirm your attendance at the registration desk on the conference day, and you will receive the Book of Abstracts. Registration at the registration desk on the day of the meeting is also possible, but only cash payment is accepted.

*The abstracts of the 71st conference will only be available online. It will not be distributed as a booklet.

To Sustaining Members and Organization Members
 
    Sustaining members are entitled to two-person nominated by your representative who may give general presentations. Two (2) presenters can attend the conference free of charge.
 
  For organization members, one person nominated by the representative may give a general presentation, and the person can attend the conference free of charge.
 
    Please get in touch with your organization's representative to submit the information of all participants in advance using the following form "Application Form."
 
 

Registration for Academic Exchange Meeting
 (August 29 from 18:30-20:30)
 
     Only advance registration is accepted for this social event. Please register together with the registration for the conference. The registration period is from Monday, April 8 to Friday, August 23 (credit card payment and bank transfer are accepted until August 9, and only credit card payment is accepted from August 10 to 23).
 
     Advance registration and registration fee payment will be accepted online using the conference support system (Confit). Those who have pre-registered for the Academic Exchange Meeting are requested to present your registration card and QR code downloaded from "My Page" of the Confit at the registration desk.
 
     Please note that no registration for the social event will be accepted on the day of the conference.
 
 
 
Invoices and Receipts
 
    Invoices for the conference registration fee and the academic exchange meeting fee can be downloaded by yourself once you complete your Confit registration. Receipts can also be downloaded from the system after payment is completed.
