Poster Presentation Awards / International Poster Award for Young Researcher
At this conference, with the aim of promoting information exchange and research exchange among young researchers, we will provide students and those under 35 years of age (up to birth in 1989) the opportunity to give poster presentations with the same content as general lectures. The winners of the Best Poster Presentation Award (Excellent Poster Award) will be determined based on the examination by judges appointed by the conference executive committee, and will be awarded at the mixer.
Poster exhibition: August 29th (Thursday) 13:00-18:00, August 30th (Friday) 9:00-18:00
*Presenters should display their posters in the designated location by 13:00 on the 29th.
Discussion time: Friday, August 30, 2024, 13:15-14:00 (even poster numbers), 14:00-14:45 (odd poster numbers)
Venue: Tower 75 Student Hall (tentative)
Selection: Friday, August 30, 2024: The outstanding presenters will be determined based on the examination by judges appointed by the tournament executive committee.
Award: Announcement and award of the excellent poster award at the mixer (18:30-20:00) on Friday, August 30, 2024

International Poster Award for Young Researcher
International students and foreign researchers under the age of 35 who present at the Young Researcher’s Poster Presentation and wish to be screened by the International Exchange Committee will be selected for the "International Poster Award." The outstanding presenters (International Poster Award) will be determined based on the examination by the members of the International Exchange Committee and the judging committee appointed by the committee, and will be recognized at the mixer. Applicants should create a poster in English.
