GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATION

The conference will be virtual, so there will be no on-site presentation.
Please submit your lecture data (the power point slide video data) with audio in advance. We will distribute it on-demand (partially live distribution).

On-demand Delivery/ Streaming services Date: July 16 – July 31, 2022

 

HOW TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT PRESENTATION DATA
  • Every general presentation will be seven minutes. Please prepare your presentation data so that the presentation time (video playback time) is within 7 minutes.
  • Presentation times for designated abstracts, exchange meetings, etc. will be announced separately.
  • Slide size should be 16：9. It is also possible to include a facial expression (wipe).
 

　〔Submission of Your Presentation Data (Files)〕

  • Please name the file with the first presenter’s name.
  • Please use Dropbox's "File Request" function. A Dropbox account is not required.
  1. Click on "Add File" and select the file on your computer.
  2. Enter your name and e-mail address at the bottom of the next screen and click "Upload".
  3. Once uploaded, an upload completion e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
  • Period proposed: 10 May (TUE) to 4 June (SAT)
  • The URL of the website to which you should submit your application will be included in the email sent to you by the conference office.
