CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

• This conference is a virtual event.
• This conference has both real-time and on-demand sessions. For the on-demand sessions, registered participants can access them until July 31.
• All registration will be accepted through online registration via this website.
• To register for the conference, first, please register a new account at "Confit Account Login". An account registration code will be sent to your registered email address, please enter the code to complete the registration.
• If you have already created an account for abstract submission, you can register for the conference using the same account for abstract submission.
• Modification of registration information, or cancellation of registration will not be allowed after June 30. After June 30, you cannot cancel the registration.
• Registration for the Conference will end by July 29. 

REGISTRATION AS A FULL-TIME STUDENT

• The participation fee for students is now free of charge. We look forward to your participation.
• Please select "Other payment methods" as the payment method in the system (you do not need to actually pay the money).
• If you are a full-time student, please submit a copy of your student ID card or proof of enrollment for the relevant year at the time of registration (upload via the website). Images taken with a smart phone or scanned data are acceptable.
• If you are not verified as a student, you will be asked to pay the difference as a non-member.
• Part-time graduate students and mature students are not allowed to register as students. 

ABOUT JOINING THE VIRTUAL EVENT

• Those who have completed the registration will be informed about how to participate in the online program.
• Viewing instructions will be sent to your registered email in early July prior to, and also during the event. 

PAYMENT OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

• Payment of the conference registration fee for the international participants can be made by only "credit card".
• Receipt of conference registration can be downloaded from the "Download Receipt" link in the registration information on the login page after payment is confirmed.
• Please download the registration card from the "Download Registration Card" link in the registration information as well as the receipt, if needed.
