Abstract submission

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

We welcome a wide range of abstracts, including those that discuss the nursing process, particularly those on nursing diagnosis in relation to the conference theme of the 28th Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Nursing Diagnosis with the 5th Sigma Asia Region Conference. We welcome also abstracts that discuss or report their study findings on nursing assessment, implementation of care plans, nursing interventions and nursing-sensitive outcomes. Abstracts that examine nursing practice, nursing education, electronic medical records, and medical information are also welcomed.
 
The Program Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
 

DEADLINE AND DATES TO REMEMBER

Deadline of Abstract Submission: 4 April, 2022
Notification of Abstract Submission Result: the end of April 2022
Early Registration Deadline: 30 June 2022
General Registration Deadline: 27 July 2022
 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

Residents outside of Japan and/or international participants are able to submit to general presentations.
 

PRESENTATION FORMAT

The format of presentation includes “General presentations/ Research reports”, “General presentations/ Clinical reports”, “Group sessions”, and “Case study sessions”. The presentation format for general abstracts is web presentation. You are requested to submit your presentation slides with audio input in advance. 
 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

An account will need to be created from the conference homepage prior to abstract submission. Please make sure that you have entered information correctly when registering online. Submitted information will appear as what have been entered in the conference programs and abstract proceedings even if there were typos. It is recommended that the presenters prepare their abstract beforehand prior to entering the information in the required fields on the abstract submission page.
 
Abstracts should contain the following:
A title that is not more than 20 words and written in UPPERCASE letters.
An abstract text that is not more than 600 words and should have the following headings: backgrounds, methods, results, conclusions.
Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in the abstract text. Please do not define or use abbreviations in the title.

  • First, please register a new account at "Confit Account Login". An account registration code will be sent to your registered email address. Please enter the code to complete the registration.
  • You can submit abstracts after registering your account.
  • Please do not forget your login ID (registered e-mail address) and password. Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding your login ID and password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login screen to request a new one.
 

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION AFTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

You can check and correct your abstract and cancel your presentation until the abstract submission deadline.
To check, correct, or cancel your abstract, please log in using the login ID and password you obtained at the time of abstract submission.
 

NOTE

The secretariat will not be held responsible for any content entered by the contributors themselves by mistake. Please be sure to check that the contents are correct before submitting.
