[2P37] Effects of high-temperature heating of hydrogen boride sheets under high-hydrogen partial pressure
HB sheets are new 2D materials that is expected to have various functionalities. However, theoretical structure of HB sheets is only localized, so hydrogen dissociation temperature of HB sheets is very wide, and it is inconvenient to apply HB sheets to hydrogen storage materials with good performance. We tried to control structure of HB sheets by heating treatment under extreme conditions such as high-hydrogen partial pressure or ultrahigh pressure. We hoped this condition would prevent hydrogen desorption from HB sheets during heating. As a result, the peak of the hydrogen desorption temperature seemed to shift toward higher temperatures for the higher temperature treated samples. it is also interesting that the FTIR spectroscopy showed no significant differences from sample to sample, despite the temperature differences of hydrogen desorption up to 800 K or so.
