Access 1km walk from Asahibashi station [Yui Rail (https://www.yui-rail.co.jp/en/)]
If the parking lot at the venue is full, you will have to use a nearby paid parking lot.

  • Language
The official language of the conference is English.
 
  • VISAs
Some participants may need a visa to enter Japan. Please check on the Japanese Government website or with your local Japanese Embassy. It is the responsibility of the conference participant to obtain a visa if required.
 
  • Liability and insurance
The Conference Secretariat and Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or indirectly arising from the 5th Fatty Pig International Conference. Conference Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.
 
  • Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including scientific sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. 
Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

The voltage in Japan is 100V A/C, which is different from Europe (230V), North America (120V), and many other regions.
The type of socket is two non-polarized pins Type A.
 
  • Currency
The Japanese Yen (JPY) is the official Japanese currency.
