[035] A Study on the Development of Carbon Reduction Element Simulation Based on District Unit Plan: Using 3D-GIS, Focused on Songpa-gu, Seoul
Keywords:Net Zero, Carbon Emissions, 3D GIS, District Unit Plan
This study conducted a total district-level carbon emission simulation beyond the building-level. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate how much the District Unit Plan can effect carbon emissions Reducing by inputting the planning elements of the district unit plan into the 3D-GIS.
As a Result, This study has two expected effects. First, it is to derive the content and scope of the planning elements to achieve specific quantitative criteria. Second, It provides a three-dimensional simulation that can be considered between actual eco-friendly incentives, carbon emissions, and urban planning management. This ultimately helps to balance carbon emissions reduction and district unit plan.
