[DP6-02] Basic Color Measurement Theory and Application for Decorative Printings
The applications for decorative printings are expanding, therefore not only density but also various
measurement such as color L*a*b*, gloss unit, and multi-angle characteristics are getting more important
for QC.
In this session, it will be touch on the basic knowledge of object color measurement, the principle of
colorimeter, and the points to be taken in measurement. And introduced how to select a measurement
method based on the optical characteristics of decorative printing, and the measurement examples.
