[EP3-03] Numerical Simulation for Developer Particle Flow around Mixer Auger and Magnetic Roller Based on Discrete Element Method

電子写真技術の分野における現像剤やトナーなどの粉体挙動を解析する手法として、個別要素法(DEM:Discrete Element MethodあるいはDistinct Element Method)が、近年広く用いられてきている。
このDEMを手法として用い、現像剤攪拌領域から現像マグネットローラへの受け渡し部にかけての現像剤磁性粒子の挙動解析を行うシミュレーションを構築した。
本報告ではそのシミュレーションの内容について報告する。
