SHIMADZU CORPORATION

At this Shimadzu exhibition booth, we are displaying a variety of products that will be useful for your research, including the latest liquid chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and intestinal bacteria co-culture devices. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding analysis or research. Please stop by our booth!
【Nexera XS inert】
Nexera XS inert is a UHPLC system that uses PEEK or ceramic as the material of the flow path through which the sample passes, thereby suppressing adsorption to metals and achieving a pressure resistance of 105 MPa. Furthermore, it has excellent corrosion resistance and wide pH tolerance, allowing stable system operation even under conditions of mobile phases containing high concentrations of halide salts or mobile phases with extreme pH values.
【LCMS-2050】
The LCMS-2050 is a single quadrupole mass spectrometer that combines ease of use as an LC detector with excellent MS capabilities, combining "ease of use", "high basic performance", and "compactness". It is simple to operate, yet provides fast and highly sensitive analysis. Compatible with a wide range of compounds, it also has analysis support functions and energy-saving functions, contributing to increased laboratory efficiency.
【OAD-TOF system】
The OAD-TOF system is a Q-TOF system that realizes OAD (Oxygen Attachment Dissociation), which is Shimadzu's unique fragmentation method. It enables analysis of carbon-carbon double bond positions in organic compounds such as lipids. By combining it with the LCMS-9050, which boasts world-class high mass accuracy and high-speed polarity switching, innovative applications will be created.
【Intestinal bacteria co-culture device】
The intestinal bacteria co-culture device is a new device that is installed in an anaerobic chamber to culture and co-culture intestinal bacteria and intestinal epithelial cells in the same environment. This enables in vitro experiments that are closer to the intestine than conventional methods, in which both intestinal bacteria and intestinal epithelial cells survive, contributing to the functional development of intestinal bacteria and the development of drugs and supplement materials.
