Registration
- Please make a registration and pay the participation fee via Confit. After completing the payment, please download the receipt from the "Confit My Page" and show it at the registration desk in exchange for your participation certificate. Non-members will receive a program book.
- Non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate are requested to show their student ID card (photocopy is acceptable) at the registration desk. In this case, the program book will not be distributed. If you do not show your student ID, you will be asked to pay the participation fee for Non-Member (Student).

Registration (Early/Late/On-site) and payment for the Annual Meeting fee will be made through the online system "Confit".

Those who select "Non-Member (1 day pass)" may participate the Annual Meeting on any one of March 29, 30, or 31.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

After completion of payment, no changes are accepted in registration details, cancellation of registration, or refund of fees.

If the payment of the participation fee is not confirmed by the due date, the reserved registration will be cancelled.

"Student Member" refers to students who are members of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan (PSJ). Those who are not members of PSJ cannot apply as a "Student Member". However, if you complete the admission procedure at the same time as registration, you will be treated as a "Student Member.

The participation fee for non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate will be free for both members and non-members. In this case, the program book will not be distributed. For details, please refer to the "Registration (Non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate)" page. Even if you are under 4th year undergraduate student, you are required to pay the participation fee if you wish to make a presentation.

If you are applying as a member, you will be asked to authenticate your membership. Please be sure to confirm your registered email address in advance, as it will be used for membership authentication.

Various emails will be sent to the email address you have registered as your Confit account. Please be sure to register an email address that will be available until the end of the Annual Meeting.

2) Bank transfer payment
- Bank Transfer Payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc. The destination bank account is GMO Aozora Net Bank.

Bank Transfer Payment is available only in Japan.

Receipts can be downloaded from the online registration system "Confit" after payment.

Those who have paid the participation fee will receive a PDF participation certificate by email between March 21 and March 22, 2024.

Please be sure to print out the participation certificate and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting. Non-members will receive the program by mail.
2) Late registration / On-site registration

3) QR code on the nametag
- A QR code embedded with the participant's personal information (name, affiliation, and email address) will be printed on the participation certificate. The Organizing Committee of the 144th Annual Meeting will be responsible for managing the personal information obtained by scanning the QR Code and will use it within the scope necessary for the Annual Meeting.

Abstracts will be published on the website of the Annual Meeting on March 5, 2024.

To browse the abstract, a password will be required. This password will be sent via email to your registered email address on March 4, 2024.
- All presentation titles will be published in the program book to be issued on February 1, 2024, and will also be available on the annual meeting web page.
