(b) Abstracts will be published on the website of the Annual Meeting on March 5, 2024. To browse the abstract, a password will be required. This password will be sent via email to your registered email address on March 4, 2024. For those who have completed the registration after March 4, you will receive an automatic email with the password information for abstracts viewing after the registration fee has been paid. All presentation titles will be published in the program book to be issued on February 1, 2024, and will also be available on the annual meeting web page.
(c) Early registration: Those who have paid the participation fee will receive a PDF participation certificate by email between March 21 and March 22, 2024. Please be sure to print out the participation certificate and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting. Non-members will receive the program by mail.(d) On-site registration: Please make a registration and pay the participation fee via Confit. After completing the payment, please download the receipt from the "Confit My Page" and show it at the registration desk in exchange for your participation certificate. Non-members will receive a program book. Non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate are requested to show their student ID card (photocopy is acceptable) at the registration desk. In this case, the program book will not be distributed. If you do not show your student ID, you will be asked to pay the participation fee for Non-Member (Student).
(e) Participation certificate: Please wear your participation certificate with the required information filled in so that it is clearly visible when entering each venue. No one will be allowed to enter the venue without the participation certificate.
(f) Cloak: Available at PACIFICO Yokohama Exhibition Hall A (1F, next to the General Reception Desk).(g) Opening hours: The opening hours of each facility used for this meeting are as follows. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the venue if you arrive earlier than these hours. Please note that the general information and PC reception desk will be located in Exhibition Hall A. Please note that the PC reception desk is not located in the Conference Center.

(a) Announcement: No announcement will be made at each venue.
(b) Photography of Presentations: Photography and videotaping of slides and posters are not permitted without the presenter's permission.
(a) The banquet will be held on March 30 (Sat), from 18:30 at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel, Yokohama, Japan.
(b) Early registration: Only those who have registered for the Annual Meeting (including payment of the registration fee) will be able to register for the banquet. For details, please refer to the "Banquet" page.
(c) On-site registration: The on-site registration will be closed when the number of participants reaches the maximum.
(d) Please wear your banquet participation certificate so that it is clearly visible when entering the banquet hall. No one will be allowed to enter the venue without the banquet participation certificate.(a) Early registration: Only those who have registered for the Annual Meeting (including payment of the registration fee) will be able to register for the Luncheon Seminar / Career Design Seminar. For details, please refer to the "Luncheon Seminar & Career Design Seminar" page.
(b) On-site registration: About 20% of the seminar lunch box vouchers will be issued on the day of the seminar as well. Please present your meeting participation certificate at the seminar ticket desk in Exhibition Hall A (1F, next to the registration desk) from 8:10 on the day of the seminar. Seminar lunch box vouchers will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis (limited to one per person per day and per venue). The Career Design Seminar is designed for students, so student participants will be given priority in the distribution of tickets on the day of the seminar.
