1. Early registration for the Luncheon Seminar & Career Design Seminar will be limited to those who have completed registration (including payment of participation fee) for the Annual Meeting. Information regarding Luncheon Seminar & Career Design Seminar registration will be sent via e-mail to all eligible participants from February 19 (Mon), 2024.

2. Early registration will be made through the online system "Confit". Early registration for the Banquet is also available at the same time through the same system.

3. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will close the application as soon as we reach capacity.

4. Seminar tickets will be issued on the day of the seminar for 20% of the capacity.

• Seminar Participation Certificate will be available for download from "Confit My Page" from March 18 (Mon), 2024. No Seminar Participation Certificate will be mailed.

• ​Please print out your own Annual Meeting Participation Certificate and Seminar Participation Certificate and bring them to the venue on the day of the meeting. Please note that the Annual Meeting Participation Certificate will be sent to you as a PDF file by e-mail between March 21 (Thu) and 22 (Fri), 2024.​
