1. Early registration for the banquet will be limited to those who have completed registration (including payment of participation fee) for the Annual Meeting.

2. Early registration and banquet fee payment will be made through the online system "Confit".

3. Early registration for the Luncheon Seminars and Career Design Seminars is also available at the same time through the same system.

4. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

5. After completion of payment, no changes are accepted in registration details, cancellation of registration, or refund of fees.​

6. If payment of the banquet fee is not received by the due date, the registration will be cancelled.
    

Additional Registration for Banquet

• Banquet Participation Certificate will be available for download from "Confit My Page" from  March 18 (Mon), 2024. No Banquet Participation Certificate will be mailed.

• ​Please print out your own Annual Meeting Participation Certificate and Banquet Participation Certificate and bring them to the venue on the day of the meeting. Click here for more information on the Annual Meeting Participation Certificate.​

2) Bank transfer payment

• Bank Transfer Payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc. The destination bank account is GMO Aozora Net Bank.

• Bank Transfer Payment is available only in Japan.

• Please note that the payment procedure pages are written only in Japanese.

• Receipts can be downloaded from the online registration system "Confit" after payment.
