Introducing the HuPEX Comprehensive Protein Array, featuring approximately 13,500 types (as of August 2023) of proteins and gene products, making it the world's largest protein array. With 86% coverage of human proteins (according to GTex database), our array is designed to cater to a wide range of research needs. Leveraging this array, we're excited to announce the launch of our new service: analyzing autoantibodies in blood samples. As of the end of June 2023, the HuPEX comprehensive protein array analysis has received over 800 commissions from 10 domestic research institutions and pharmaceutical companies in Japan. It has been utilized in various medical and drug discovery research endeavors. Through these efforts, we have discovered autoantibodies that serve as useful biomarkers for diagnosing and treating diseases, resulting in the filing of three patents.
