• All the participants are asked to create an account with Confit System by clicking ‘Registration’ button below. (URL is also shown). Through the account, you can submit abstracts and make a registration.
• Please keep your account ID and password, which are necessary for changing your registration information.
• After creating an account, you will receive an automatic E-mail confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check the spam folder of your E-mail software and whether you correctly entered your E-mail address. If the E-mail from the system has not arrived even though there is no error in the email address, please contact the Registration Support (E-mail: regist.dm@colloid.csj.jp).

Registration

• You can register and pay the registration fee through your Confit account.
• The registration fee includes the fee for the electronic abstract book (pdf file).
• The registration and optional printed abstract book fees include 10% sales tax.
• Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For the bank transfer, information on the bank account for payment will be shown in the application process on the website.
• Please note that registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
• If payment of the registration fee is not confirmed by the deadline, eligibility and presentation may be cancelled.
• Invited participants are also asked to make a registration as ‘Invited Participant (Free)’. Invited participants can attend all the sessions and symposiums.
