The IFSA2019 proceedings will be published as a Special Issue of High Energy Density Physics.

Conference proceedings will be published in a Virtual Special Issue of High Energy Density Physics. 
Anyone who gave a presentation (keynotes, plenary, contributed oral and poster) at IFSA2019 can submit a proceeding paper.

Please read carefully the Guide for Authors on the journal website when you prepare a manuscript.
