From JR Utsunomiya Station, here are your transport options to the conference venue on Mine Campus:

From the West Exit, Utsunomiya Station:

• Kanto Bus (Platform 14): Bound for Moka, Mashiko, Belmore, Hoshinomori Junior and Senior High School. Ride for about 12 minutes. Get off at "Utsunomiya Daigaku-mae" and walk for 1 minute.
• Kanto Bus timetable (Utsunomiya Station West Exit → Udai-mae, one bus every 15 to 30 minutes): Bus Timetable.

From the East Exit, Utsunomiya Station:

• ​Kanto Bus (Platform 3): Bound for Oroshidanchi Junkansen, Belmall, Hoshinomori Junior and Senior High School. Ride for 10 minutes. Get off at "Utsunomiya Daigaku-mae" and walk for 1 minute.
• Kanto Bus timetable (Utsunomiya Station East Exit → Udai-mae, one bus every 30 minutes to 1 hour): 
• LRT: About 6 minutes on board from the station to "Mine" stop; about 12-minute walk from the “Mine” stop to Utsunomiya University.
• Taxi: About 5-10 minutes.
• Walking: About 30 minutes.

Conference Venue Details:

The event will take place in Building No. 4 and University Hall. Both locations are within a 5-minute walk from the main gate of Utsunomiya University. Please refer to the campus map below for directions to the conference reception in Building 4.

Registration on the day:
Registration will be on the first floor of Building B, Building 4, Mine Campus, Utsunomiya University. Registration hours are from 9:00 to 17:00. 

• After checking in, you will be given a blank name holder. Please bring your own business card and insert it into the name holder.
• In principle, we will only accept your name when registering, but if payment verification is needed, you may be asked to present a receipt, which can be downloaded from Confit.
• Please note that paper copies of the program, abstracts, and maps will not be distributed at this conference. Download them from the conference website in advance and bring them with you.
