Applications for participation in the conference will begin on 13:00 4 April. The pre-registration period is open until 15 May (Wednesday), and if you register by then, you will receive a discount. Thank you for your early registration. 
 

Participation registration fee

• For those who wish to participate, please review the details below and proceed with the registration fee payment.

• A social gathering is scheduled on 15 June (Saturday) for participants to exchange opinions and build networks. There will be awards ceremony and performances of a local African drum group Jambo Ichikai in the gathering. Fee is 4000 yen (3000 yen for students) and includes a meal, beverages, and a tasting of Utsunomiya Gyoza. Due to operational reasons, applications and payments for the social gathering must be made at the same time as registration for the conference.​

Conference registration fee

You can issue receipts by clicking "Receipt Download" after logging into the participation registration site (paper receipts cannot be issued).

We kindly ask you to bring your receipt or registration confirmation email to the conference venue. You may print it out or show us a screenshot. Please also bring your business card. You will place it into a name holder. 

Information on participation registration

• All registrations will be accepted via online registration through this website.

• When registering, you will be asked to obtain an account for registration. You are responsible for keeping the login ID and password that you set when you obtained your account. For security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password? link on the login screen to reissue your password.

• Payment for advance registration can be made by credit card. Please pay the registration fee by the deadline for advance registration.

• After the registration is completed, a registration completion notification e-mail, including the receipt number, will be sent to your registered e-mail address. A payment completion notification e-mail will also be sent upon completion of payment. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive an email, it is possible that your registration or payment has not been completed. If you have already paid but your payment status is "pending," please contact the secretariat.
