A friendly reminder and some updates about SIHDA2024 information.

My dear friends and colleagues,
Hearty greetings from Osaka! Now our SIHDA 2024 is approaching. I am writing to you on behalf of the Organizing Team SIHDA 2024 and we are all thrilled to meet you in Osaka in September. We would like to kindly remind you that the deadline for the abstract submission is April 1st. In the case of extending the deadline, we will announce it after April 4th on our website and in the 2nd circular with more details. Please be advised, however, to keep the deadline to secure your spot for presentation with certainty.
Many friends are willing to participate, to our joy, and some gave me questions on the date of the 2nd circular etc. So, we decided to send you a FAQs as of March 26th as well as our tentative program with major venues in order to help you with planning your trip to Japan. As is shown in the FAQ, the 2nd circular will come to you soon separately. The documents are also shown in our official site and we ask you to visit here from time to time to get the newest information.
