Our tentative program and major venues

※　I would be very happy if the following tentative program should help you in organizing your trip to Japan and obtaining a concrete image of the days in Osaka. 　The dinner for 24th and 26th are still open. 　However, we will provide you with necessary information for your convenience. Please note that the venues for social events are still tentative.

September 23rd (Monday and National Holiday)

Opening ceremony, plenary session etc. will be held at the Large Assembly Hall (大集会室 Dai Shukaishitsu) of the Osaka City Central Public Hall (Osakashi Chuo Kokaido) in the afternoon.

The reception party will be held at the Medium Hall (中集会室 Chu Shukai shitsu) of the Osaka City Central Public Hall in the evening.

September 24th (Tuesday)

Parallel session will be held at the Osaka University Nakanoshima Center in the morning and in the afternoon.

September 25th (Wednesday)

Parallel session in the morning at the Osaka University Nakanoshima Center. A bus trip to the Joruri Theater in the Nose-cho Town of the Osaka Prefecture. We watch Nose Joruri there. Then we return to the Osaka City and have BBQ dinner with a view of the Osaka
Castle if the weather permits.

September 26th (Thursday)

Parallel session in the morning and in the afternoon at the Osaka University Nakanoshima Center.

September 27th (Friday)

Parallel session in the morning and General Assembly in the afternoon at the Osaka University Nakanoshima Center. Gala Dinner at the Kisshoden Banquet Hall in the Sumiyoshitaisha, a Shinto Shrine.
