Submission of papers

Those whose proposals have been accepted in the categories of general oral presentations and special sessions are requested to submit their presentation papers by September 30th (Saturday) at 23:59. In the case of roundtable discussions, the submission of papers (either as a whole or individual presentations) is optional. Poster presentations do not require paper submission.
**In the case of submitting a paper(s) for roundtable discussions, please contact the conference organizing committee. We will need to change the system setting. Besides, for Special Sessions and Roundtables, only the lead submitter can upload papers into the system. Please have the lead submitter upload all the papers together into one PDF file.

Please note that, for this conference, we will not categorize papers as "short" or "full," but rather, papers should be between 4 to 16 pages in length (including figures, tables, and the list of references). The previous “short” category is 4 pages which many participants would choose in the past conferences. Please prepare your paper as regulated by JASID. The papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published in a PDF format before the conference, and made accessible to conference participants. The proceedings also include abstracts for roundtable discussions and poster presentations.

Those who wish to make a poster presentation are requested to prepare a poster according to the instructions for poster presentation (see "Poster Presentation" in the folder containing the conference-related documents above).

Conference Registration
Registration for the conference has started on 4 September.
The Congress registration fee can only be paid by credit card.
Printed copies of the conference proceedings will not be distributed. Only those who have paid the registration fee will be able to obtain the Proceedings online in advance.
