Conference Registration
We would like to express our gratitude for the numerous presentation proposals. The conference program committee has reviewed and approved 72 general oral presentations, 7 special sessions, 18 roundtable discussions, and 21 poster presentations.
Conference registration is now open until the conference day. Please make sure to complete your registration by November 5th if you would like to join the reception.
If you register before October 11 (Wed), discounted rates will be applied. Please see the details in the table below.
Registration
- For those who wish to participate, please review the details below and proceed with the registration fee payment.
- On the first day of the conference, November 11th, Saturday, from 18:30 to 20:30, we plan a social gathering for participants to exchange opinions and build networks. You can choose an individual meal packet from three types: vegan, halal, and no restriction. Due to operational reasons, applications and payments for the social gathering must be made by November 5th, Sunday at the same time as registration for the conference. Please complete the registration process using the registration link.

Receipts can be issued from "Receipt Download" after logging in to the registration site. We kindly ask you to bring your receipt or registration confirmation email to the conference venue. You may print it out or show us a screenshot. Please also bring your business card. You will place it into a name holder.
Registration Process
- All registrations will be accepted via online registration through this website. When registering, you will be asked to obtain an account for registration. You are responsible for keeping the login ID and password that you set when you obtained your account. For security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password? link on the login screen to reissue your password.
- Payment for advance registration can be made by credit card. Please pay the registration fee by the deadline for advance registration.
- After the registration is completed, a registration completion notification e-mail, including the receipt number, will be sent to your registered e-mail address. A payment completion notification e-mail will also be sent upon completion of payment. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive an email, it is possible that your registration or payment has not been completed. If you have already paid but your payment status is "pending," please contact the secretariat.
