【講演集の閲覧について】
本大会の講演集閲覧パスワードを【大会参加者専用パスワード】から【資源・素材学会会員限定・講演集閲覧パスワード】に変更いたしました。
現在有効な【資源・素材学会会員限定・講演集閲覧パスワード】は「会員マイページ」（本会会員専用サイト）に掲載いたしておりますので、会員番号およびご登録済のパスワードを用いてログインし、ご確認ください。
講演集は本大会WEBサイトの“タイムテーブル”または“プログラム”より講演を検索し、閲覧してください。
※「会員マイページ」にログインした場合は、パスワードフリーにて閲覧可能です。
※「会員マイページ」にログインしていない場合は、【資源・素材学会会員限定・講演集閲覧パスワード】の入力が必要です。
本会会員の皆様は、「会員マイページ」へのログインまたは【資源・素材学会会員限定・講演集閲覧パスワード】を用いて、2014年秋季大会以降に開催した春季・秋季大会講演集をいつでもご覧いただけます。

今大会の講演集は、本WEB上にて公開いたしており、講演集の閲覧（PDFダウンロード）には、パスワードが必要です。
10月26日(木)までは、大会参加者様にお配りいたしました「大会参加者専用パスワード」にて閲覧頂けます。
10月27日(金)以降は、資源・素材学会「正会員」「学生会員」専用パスワードに変更いたします。
パスワード有効期限にご注意ください。
また、この機会に資源・素材学会へのご入会をご検討頂けますと幸いです。

「平成29年度資源・素材学会若手ポスター賞」および「EARTH2017 BEST POSTER PRESENTERS」が決定いたしました。
開催概要のそれぞれのページよりご確認ください。
また、各賞受賞者の皆さんは9月27日(水)18:00～の大会交流会にて表彰式を執り行いますので、当日の17:40までに大会交流会受付にお越しください。受賞者は大会交流会にご招待いたします。
The winners of "MMIJ Young Poster Award" and "EARTH2017 Best Poster Presenters" were decided respectively. Congratulations on winning the awards! See the pages "MMIJ BEST YOUNG POSTER PRESENTERS" and "EARTH2017 BEST POSTER PRESENTERS" to check the winners.
The awarding ceremony will be held during the Conference Banquet at ANA Hotel Sapporo on Sept. 27 (Wed). Winners of each award are kindly invited to the banquet free of charge, so they are requested to come to the Banquet reception desk by 17:40 on the day.

9月29日(金)に実施いたします見学会2,3,4班の集合場所地図および集合時間を受付付近に掲示しておりますので、参加予定の皆様は必ずご確認ください。
The meeting time and the maps of the meeting places for field trips (Courses 2, 3 and 4) carried out on Friday, September 29 were posted near the conference registration booth at the main entrance of Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido University. Participants to the field trips should check the information by all means.

Acceptance of full paper submission was finished at noon on September 13 (Japan time). Note that late submission or replacement of papers can not be accepted.

「一般・企画講演」および「若手・一般・EARTHポスター発表」の原稿PDF提出（アップロード）期限は9月13日（水）正午までとなっておりますので、締切厳守にてご対応ください。
Submission of full papers (upload of PDF files) for MMIJ general, special (including EARTH) and poster (MMIJ students and young researchers, MMIJ general, EARTH) sessions is accepted until noon on September 13 (Japan time). Note that the submission page will be automatically closed at this time and late submission will not be accepted.

大会および大会交流会の［事前参加申込］締切は9月11日(月)迄です。
［事前参加申込］をご希望の方は締切日までに参加費の送金を完了くださいますよう、お願いいたします。
なお、締切後は、大会会場受付にて［当日参加申込］をお受けいたします。
Deadline of advanced conference registration and banquet application is September 11. Payment for the registration is needed before the deadline. After the deadline, on-site registration will be accepted at the registration booth of the conference.

本大会に【早期事前参加申込】をいただきました皆様宛、8月14日(月)までにE-mailにて「参加証」を配信予定とご案内しておりましたが、諸事情により配信が遅れております事、お詫び申し上げます。
本大会に【早期事前参加申込】または【事前参加申込】いただきました皆様には、9月15日(金)までにE-mailにて「参加証」を順次配信いたします。
万が一、期日までに参加証が届かない場合、事務局宛ご連絡ください。
MMIJ office apologizes you the delay of distribution of your participation certificates for early bird registration unlike the schedule for the distribution notified.
The participation certificates for both early bird and advanced registration will be distributed to the applicants for participation sequentially by e-mail until September 15. If no participation certificate reaches you by the date, please let MMIJ office know.

Early bird conference registration (discount fee applied) was closed on August 9. If the payment has not been made before the closing time, the information on the early bird registration is automatically deleted.
