Schedule:
Submission of themes for the special sessions (only MMIJ): April 26 – May 10, 2017
Presentation registration: May 17 – July 5 (until 12:00 noon Japan time).
Note that the website will be automatically closed and late submission will not be accepted.
To register, one of the authors must create a conference account (*). After logging in, register your presentation and you can change the contents (e.g., title, abstract, etc.) until July 5. After this date, changes to the contents of your presentation will not be possible.
* This account can only be used for MMIJ & EARTH 2017, Sapporo
The deadline of presentation registration only for the “EARTH” including poster session was extended until noon on July 31 (Japan time). Because the registration procedure is not regular, additional applicants should confirm the page "Presentation registration only for EARTH 2017".

Write your paper using the MMIJ template and save it as PDF file. Log-in to your account and upload the PDF file. Note: Changes are possible only until September 13 (12:00 noon Japan time). After this date, submission of papers will not be entertained but the authors can still present their work.
Important notice: Your abstracts, including the title, name of authors and affiliations, will be published in the book of abstracts while the proceedings will be released online on September 26, 2017.
