Proceedings:
A book of abstracts will be printed and provided to all participants of MMIJ & EARTH 2017 (Sapporo) in registration desk. Note that proceedings of MMIJ & EARTH 2017 (Sapporo) will only be available on the conference website from September 26, 2017 (First day of the conference). To view the proceedings via the conference web page, passwords provided by conference organizers will be required. There will be two types of the passwords, i.e. “Type 1: Password for all the participants in MMIJ & EARTH 2017 (Sapporo)” and “Type 2: MMIJ members-only password” in terms of difference in periods for the accessibility of proceedings.

(a) Sept. 19 – Oct. 26, 2017 for Early bird registrations & Advanced registrations
  --> Passwords will be sent together with the registration certificate via e-mail before the conference.
(b) Sept. 26 – Oct. 26, 2017 for & On-site: Sept. 26–28, 2017.
  --> Passwords printed on name tags of each participants will be provided in registration desk during the conference.
(Note) The passwords both for (a) and (b) are same.
(Note) After Oct. 26, 2017, non-MMIJ members will not be able to access the proceedings, and thus please do not forget to download a copy of the proceedings by yourself, especially for EARTH2017 participants.
[Type 2: MMIJ members-only password］… Limited to MMIJ member & MMIJ student member
By accessing the MMIJ members-only web page (*), MMIJ members including student members can view all proceedings of MMIJ Spring & Fall Meetings from MMIJ Fall meeting of 2014 even if the member will not participate in this MMIJ & EARTH 2017 (Sapporo). However, please note that the proceedings of MMIJ & EARTH 2017 (Sapporo) can only be viewed in the members-only web page after October 27, 2017. Before this date, the proceedings of MMIJ & EARTH 2017 (Sapporo) can be viewed via the conference web page using Type 1 passwords.

During the conference, flash memory drives containing all the proceedings of EARTH 2017 are available in registration desks for 2,000 JPY (Tax included).
