There is no guarantee that you can obtain a visa for additional applications from now on because the conference is coming up soon.

Since it takes time to obtain a visa, we suggest that you contact the Japanese Embassy/Consulate-General with jurisdiction over your place of residence immediately to make sure what you need to prepare for. It may take 4 weeks or more for the documents to reach you after you complete the online visa documents request. (7-14 days for the documents’ preparation and 10-14 days for sending these documents.)
