[1308-15-08] Crushing method using non-explosive breaking agent

Explosives has been used for blasting of bedrock and concrete structure for a long time. But recently, using of non-explosive breaking agent which isn't classified into an explosives is increasing. Handling of explosives is applied to the Japanese Explosives Control Law. And keeping, use and receiving of explosives are under severe restriction. On the other hand, handling of non-explosive breaking agent isn’t applied to the Japanese Explosives Control Law, so it can be treated easily. And there is a feature that it can reduce the influence of environment because non-explosive breaking agent has less vibration than explosives. Using these advantage, it is used at tunneling near the residential area, crushing concrete structure and so on.
The mechanism of expanding pressure generation is consisted of two steps chemical reaction. First step is high energy generation with thermite reaction. Second step is thermal decomposition of gas production agent by use of high energy.
Now, our company manufacture and sale non-explosive breaking agent “ROCKRACK®”. In this time, we will introduce ability and some example of use of ROCKRACK.
