Keywords:Resource recycling, urban mine, national policy, technology innovation, industry development

With the sustained economic growth, the people's living standards are being improved and the electronic and electrical products are upgrading quite quickly, millions of tons of urban mine resources are produced annually in China social system, which contain a lot of valuable metal and construct the foundation for the development of recycling industry in China.
As the national implementation of the "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" concept, and focusing on promoting the development of circular economy and recycling industry strategy, through application of modern information technology, and production and research collaboration, technology progress on resource recycling are obviously improved, and resource recycling industrialization including urban mines utilization are being rapidly constructed and developed.
In China, a innovation system for urban mine resource recycling has been established for technology innovation and personnel training with the collaboration of universities, research institutes leading by Central South University. And the industrial development system for resource recycling has been formed leading by representative company: Green-material Co.Ltd .
About recycling collection, at present, through the Internet + technology, the establishment of a nationwide recycling network system are constructed in China, to achieve the rapid collection of waste electrical and electronic products and centralized processing.
On dismantling, a smart identification, efficient separation and resource utilization technology are developed and applied in industry, to achieve fine dismantling for WEEE and the whole process can be traced back.
For W-PCB (waste printed circuit board), cleaning treatment technology is developed and applied, to achieve a high efficient recovery of valuable metals.
This paper introduces the national policy, technology and industry situation of China's urban mine resources recycling, and prospects the future development.
