In this much-transported world, waste tyres treatment cannot be ignored. Taiwan began to promote a recycling system of waste tyres in 1989 and recruited this system into government control, the resource recycling rate was maintained over 60% within the decade. There are 3 types of tyre treatment products, rubber scrap、rubber granule and pyrolysis products. Rubber scrap blend with coal as fuel auxiliary is the biggest part of recycling like other countries. Rubber granule, known as material recycling, is far smaller amount than rubber scrap. Even the products of rubber pyrolysis are rare recycle into raw material. In order to improve narrowed recycling, and master the flow of obsolete tyres discarded. Taiwan paved asphalt rubber in 2013 and construction
specification is being announced. At the same time, circular economy is the mainstream of global recycling affair. This article is focus on the study of the assessment and evaluation process of the waste tyres recycling and find out a solution, in order to understand the possible impact of the waste recycling system in Taiwan, and provide innovation to industry.
